Ink & Authenticity

Why I Do This Work
I believe every person deserves a space where they can be fully seen, heard, and accepted without judgment.
Throughout my career as a psychologist, I've had the privilege of working with people facing trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and significant life transitions. Again and again, I've witnessed that meaningful change doesn't come from pretending difficult experiences never happened—it comes from understanding them with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.
My role isn't to tell you who you should become. It's to walk alongside you as you better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and build a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.
I consider it a privilege to accompany people during some of life's most challenging moments, and I'm committed to providing a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, respect, and genuine human connection.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, and exploring psychology, philosophy, and the work of Carl Jung. These interests continue to shape the way I think about growth, resilience, and the lifelong process of becoming more fully ourselves.
I believe healing isn't about perfection—it's about learning to relate to ourselves with greater understanding, compassion, and authenticity.
